We just found out his medical coding has been changed
which makes Barrett unavailable until he reaches age 5 :(
So he cannot be adopted till fall 2016, unless his medical coding gets changed again, which does not look likely.
and fyi - all orphans have a medical exam at least once per year, at this time medical can be changed or special needs are confirmed.
