Unfortunately his paperwork got lost on the way to the capital, so he was not available when a family traveled for him :( But the regional social worker is putting together another packet and he will be available in a couple of months!
The family that was committed to him has found a beautiful baby boy!
Please pray for them as they grieve the boy they thought was their son and welcome and love the boy that will be their son!
